III. Key points of operation
1. The metal parts of the machine must be firmly grounded.
2. Park the clutch handle of the special clamp in the vertical position of the special clamp. At this time, the elastic chuck (four claws) extends out of the special clamp (that is, the friction clutch is in the disengaged position).
3. Activate the lighting button and select the appropriate lighting position.
4. Activate the "Work" button and check the spindle rotation direction (towards the operator).
5. Install the grinding tool chuck handle and turn the clutch handle to the spring chuck clamping position.
6. When the special clamp spindle is rotating, the clutch handle can be rotated to install and remove the grinding tool clamp handle.

IV. Safety instructions
1. The protective grounding of the machine must be reliable.
2. When the spindle is rotating, if an abnormal sound response occurs, stop the inspection immediately and continue working after the fault is eliminated.
3. When cutting, grinding and polishing, do not use excessive force or force.
4. During operation, the guard plate should be stopped in a safe position. It is not allowed to remove the guard plate for operation.
5. Clean the accumulation in front of the vacuum port and in the mouth in time.
6. When you find that the main shaft of the machine head is rotating, you should adjust the tightness of the rotating belt or replace the belt in time. To adjust the belt tightness, you can loosen the screws of the special clamp holder to adjust it; to replace the belt, you can remove the belt safety cover and replace it; remember, the fastening screws must be tightened reliably and the position must be accurate.
