NTS-DL12 Blasting Unit features large viewing window, two pencils for media of different sizes and hardness, transparent sand bottle for observing the state of sand during sandblasting.

Instructions of Powerful Aluminum Dental Sandblaster NTS-DL12:
1.Unpack the package of dental sandblaster, check if all the accessories are inside. Read this manual carefully before using.
2.After installing the sand blaster, connect it to the air source. (pressure: 6kg/cm, air supply amount:≥100L/min)
3.Put right amount of clean and dry emery(60meshes) into the funnel.
4.Connect the air output pipe to the air outlet on the back of the machine. Connect the pipe to a suction or put into a bucket of water for dustless operations.
5.Connect the machine to an electric outlet, turn on the light.
6.Put the casting into the working chamber from the observation window. Hold the casting aside. The distance between the casting and the nozzle should be within 10mm.
7.Step on the foot switch, and then the sand will spout out from the nozzle. Polish the surface of the work-piece.
8.After finishing the cleaning, stop the machine by moving away the foot from the foot pedal. Open the observation window and take out the work-piece. Unplug the machine after using.
