DESCRIPTION:

The Arch Model Trimmer is one of necessary milling machine for trimming the sides of plaster models.

It is a new kind of model trimmer, and it doesn't need to be connected to water,  but can be connectted to vacuum cleaner.

The rubber base can decrease the vibration and noise.

Kind remind:

1. Please check whether the dental arch trimmer is in normal operation after switch on the power. If not,please check whether the built-in fuse of the socket are fusing. If yes, please promptly replace it (10A);

2. the front-end of the rotatable file must be below the work table 0.5~1mm,ensuring effective grinding;

3. If you want to replace the rotatable file or adjust its height, please turn the dust mask by 90°,with two attachment wrenches hold the upper spindle and below respectively and lock the outside edge of the screw cap tightly to make it tight or loose.After work,recover the dust mask again.

4. Set the dust-collecting tube into the mouth of the dust rowing to work together with dust-collector,and dust section with cleaner.If long-term work cause excessive dust within the box, Pls discharge the bottom plate firstly,then the powder box and clean it.

5. please pay attention to the safety of operation.

1).never touch the rotatable file when the dental arch trimmer is on work;

2)never operate it with gloves.
